Shipping policy

At NurseCrush, our products are made to order. Production begins after an order is placed, allowing us to offer a wide range of designs, sizes and personalisation options while reducing unnecessary inventory.

Processing time

  • Production time: 1–3 business days
  • Production time is separate from shipping and delivery time
  • During high-volume periods production may occasionally take longer. If a significant delay affects your order, we will keep you informed.

Shipping costs (Australia)

  • Orders of A$175 and above: FREE Standard Shipping
  • Orders under A$175: Standard Shipping – A$9.99

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD).

Delivery time

Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days after production. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary with carrier volumes, weather and remote-area delivery.

Order tracking

All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking may take 1–3 business days to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

Shipping address accuracy

Please check your full delivery address at checkout, including unit number, suburb, state and postcode. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — once an order has entered production or shipped, address changes may no longer be possible. We cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for parcels that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery timeframe, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@nursecrush.au with your order number (and photos for damaged items). Once the issue is confirmed we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost or a refund, in line with our Refund Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

PO Boxes and parcel lockers

We can deliver to most PO Box and parcel locker addresses in Australia.

Changes or cancellations

Because products are made to order, cancellation or change requests must be sent within 12 hours of purchase.
